[Circle of Success].

Many people in management and leadership positions are so results-driven that they believe that producing results (numbers) is more important than anything else.

Although it is very important to produce numbers to ensure the survival of the organisation, too much focus on results alone can lead to a situation where goals are not achieved.

The 'Organisational Success Cycle Model' proposed by Professor Daniel Kim of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology is presented here.


This model advances our understanding of the 'invisible force' (quality) that makes organisations successful.

The model presents the concept that organisations have 'good cycles' (virtuous cycles) and 'bad cycles' (vicious cycles) and that creating good cycles leads organisations to success.

In business, managers and management teams need to rewrite their subconscious.
