Life's Journey and New Mission
They say that life is full of ups and downs, but mine has predominantly been a series of valleys. I started travelling alone at the age of 13, first to the UK and then, at 16, to Australia to study. During this time, I found myself embroiled in discussions about race, which prompted me to reflect on what it means to be Japanese.
When I was 21, my father’s company went bankrupt, leaving me with nothing when I moved to Hong Kong. I secured a job with a Hong Kong company, but by my late twenties, I was completely exhausted, both mentally and physically. This difficult time was made worse by the death of my former fiancé from leukaemia. It was during this tumultuous time that I discovered Theta Healing in 2010.
Initially, I struggled with physical pain, depression and relationship issues. However, after my first Theta Healing session, my physical pain began to diminish, and by the second session, I had overcome my depression.
In 2019, I was diagnosed with a neurological illness, which drastically altered my perspective on life. This experience ignited a determination within me to fulfil my purpose and mission.
I spent three months engaging in introspection, reprogramming my subconscious mind, and healing traumas from past lives and my inner child. As a result, my relationships with my husband and children improved, and my dog’s skin condition cleared up. My life transformed dramatically, like a game of Othello turning in my favour. Driven by my desire to share this remarkable transformation with others, I embarked on my career as a subconscious specialist in 2023.
Using the techniques of Theta Healing, I have mastered the art of being my best self every day. I release unnecessary thoughts and embrace transformation, so that no matter what challenges arise, I can swiftly manifest my ideal reality.
I am convinced that, without having learnt the techniques of Theta Healing, I would not be living the life I am living today. My mission is to wholeheartedly support anyone determined to improve their life.

- Served as the head of a new supplement business for a Singaporean company in Hong Kong, overseeing the opening and management of four stores.
- Led the project for the first overseas store of a Japanese sweets retailer, establishing two stores in Hong Kong and managing staff recruitment and operations.
- Drafted franchise agreements for various Asian countries and conducted licensing sales in Singapore and Indonesia, as well as business expansion support in Singapore, Indonesia, Shanghai, Taiwan, and South Korea.

- In 2010, I obtained my Theta Healing® Practitioner licence. I conduct approximately 2,700 self-work sessions annually and have completed 1,000 sessions. Over the past 14 years, I have achieved more than 20,000 sessions, including individual consultations and spiritual cleansing.
- In 2023, I acquired instructor licences for Basic DNA, Advanced DNA, Dig Deeper, You and the Creator, and Intuitive Development courses, and I am currently active as a teacher of Theta Healing techniques.
- I provide sessions for self-employed entrepreneurs, company executives, expatriates, entertainers, artists, musicians, family members, relatives, my dog, as well as for boys and girls who are not attending school.
